Roger has worked with athletes at every stage of the game—from elementary and middle school players to high school, college, minor league, and Major League athletes. His experience across all levels allows him to meet players where they are and help them reach the next stage of their development.
More than a trainer, Roger is a mentor who is passionate about building confident athletes, strong work habits, and a lasting love for the game.

Angel "Coach G" Guerrero , is a Charleston, South Carolina native, was a three-sport athlete at Stratford High School before continuing his baseball career at Voorhees College and Morris College. He later played professionally in the Empire League, pitching for the New York Bucks.

During his collegiate career, Angel earned both Dean’s List and President’s List honors for five consecutive years. He also brings extensive experience in coaching and mentorship, including time as a high school baseball coach and a certified youth mentor.
With more than 13 years of coaching experience and six years as a physical trainer and youth instructor working with multiple teams, Angel is passionate about developing young athletes both on and off the field. His mission at TLX is to build character through effort, discipline, and learning from both success and failure.

Jeff Sneed brings extensive playing, coaching, and instructional experience to player development.
During his time at Newberry College, Jeff set the school record for career starts at catcher, earned the South Atlantic Conference Gold Glove for his defensive excellence, and was recognized as an Academic All-American. He later spent two seasons playing professionally in the American Association of Professional Baseball.
Jeff went on to spend five years coaching at the collegiate level, helping lead teams to a South Atlantic Conference Championship at Newberry College and an NCCAA National Championship at Columbia International University.
With more than 12 years of private lesson experience, Jeff has worked with baseball and softball athletes of all ages, helping players build strong fundamentals, confidence, and a deeper understanding of the game.

Elijah “Eli” Clements, a Columbia, South Carolina native, spent time at the well-known P27 Academy before continuing his career at the collegiate level. During his college career, Elijah competed at both Limestone University and Delaware Technical Community College.

David Mora, originally from Puerto Ordaz, Venezuela, developed his game at the nationally recognized TNXL Academy in Ocoee, Florida, before continuing his baseball career at the collegiate level.
David earned a scholarship to play at Columbia International University, where he serves as the team’s starting catcher. In 2024, he was named to

Now finishing his senior year of Business Administration, David brings strong defensive skills, game knowledge, and leadership behind the plate, along with a passion for helping athletes grow their skills and increase their Game IQ.
